"Chris Williamson is truly an amazing advocate for anyone looking for commercial space. I was introduced to Chris in early January. My lease was coming due the first of April and I knew I didn't want to re-lease in my current space. i was going to be in Florida for 3 weeks in January which was hindering my ability to negotiate with whom I hoped would be my new landlord. Chris came to my rescue in short order. I sent him the proposed lease and the costs for the build-out. the build-out was quite expensive. He managed to re-structure the lease so that it was not geared solely to the benefit of the landlord. He made sure I had thought about technology and phone wiring needs, possible expansion possibilities, and cut out the build-out expense entirely! This required a good deal of negotiating back and forth but Chris did not back down. He was totally professional and avoided my getting "emotionally involved" with the dealings. I can now deal with the landlord, workmen, and administrative staff of the landlord in a very friendly, cordial manner. He followed up once I moved in and made sure everything had happened as promised. I would strongly recommend Chris to anyone looking to lease a commercial space.
